Returns Policy
We are happy to accept your return of items purchased on shopfabsy.com if they are requested within 15 days from the date of purchase.
To start your return, please submit a request through our Contact form; or send your request email with subject "RETURNS" to hello@shopfabsy.com.
Please ensure all items are in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items may be returned using the original packaging with the carrier of your choice; or you may request a pre-paid label with your return for an additional $7 shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
- if choosing your own carrier, we are NOT responsible for any lost or missing goods.
Items marked as on Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
We DO NOT accept Exchanges as our in stock inventory may fluctuate. The best way to go about it is to create a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved; your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Shipping fees (if applicable) at checkout are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
